── Filter Replacement Guide ────────────────────────

Replace the carbon filter every 3–4 weeks under normal use. If your fountain runs in sensor mode (intermittent flow), the filter can last up to 6–8 weeks before needing replacement.

A good rule of thumb: if the water starts to smell different or your pet shows less interest in drinking from it, check the filter first.

• Cats may take 2–5 days to start using a new fountain. Placing it beside their current water bowl during the first week helps with the adjustment.
