Email is the best way to reach us. We handle all inquiries directly and respond within one business day, Monday through Friday. If you contact us on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, expect a reply by Monday or Tuesday.

When you write in, it helps to include:

  • Your name and order number if you have one
  • A brief description of what you need help with
  • A photo if your question is about a product issue or defect

What We Can Help With

  • Order and shipping questions — where your package is, when it will arrive, address changes before shipment
  • Product questions before you buy — not sure if a 1-gallon or 2-gallon model fits your yard, or whether a specific nozzle works for what you need? Ask us and we will give you a straight answer
  • Returns and refunds — our return window is 30 days from delivery. Email us your order number and we will walk you through the process
  • Product issues after delivery — if your sprayer is not working as expected, contact us with your order number and a photo if possible. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund for defective units
