Payment Method
Jumpsub currently accepts payment through PayPal only. This page explains how checkout works, what to expect after you place an order, and how to get help if something goes wrong.
How We Accept Payment
All orders are processed through PayPal — the only payment method accepted on Jumpsub.com. The PayPal checkout button appears on our cart and checkout pages.

PayPal is one of the most widely used payment platforms in the United States and supports several ways to pay:
- PayPal balance — pay directly from your PayPal account
- Credit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover linked to your PayPal account
- Debit card — linked to your PayPal account
- PayPal Pay Later — available to eligible U.S. customers through PayPal's own installment program. Terms and eligibility are determined by PayPal, not by Jumpsub
You do not need an existing PayPal account to complete a purchase. PayPal allows guest checkout using a credit or debit card without creating an account. Look for the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option on the PayPal checkout page.
Payment Security
All payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal's secure infrastructure. Jumpsub does not see, store, or have access to your full card number or payment credentials at any point in the transaction.

- PayPal is PCI DSS compliant, which means it meets the payment card industry's security standards for handling cardholder data
- Your payment details are entered directly on PayPal's platform, not on our website

Purchase Information
Order confirmation
Once your payment is processed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email from Jumpsub with your order number and a summary of what you purchased. Keep this email — you will need the order number if you contact us about your order.
When your card is charged
Payment is collected at the time of checkout, not at the time of shipment. If your order is cancelled before it ships, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.
Currency
All prices on Jumpsub.com are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). If your PayPal account uses a different currency, PayPal will apply their standard conversion rate at the time of purchase.
Shipping fees
Orders of $50 or more ship free to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Orders under $50 are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $8.00, shown at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no handling fees or processing fees beyond what is displayed.
Receipts
PayPal will send a payment receipt to the email address associated with your PayPal account. Jumpsub will send a separate order confirmation to the email you provide at checkout. If you need a copy of either document, contact us at support@jumpsub.com.
If Your Payment Does Not Go Through
If your payment fails at checkout, here are the most common reasons and what to do:
- Insufficient PayPal balance or linked card declined — check that your PayPal account has a valid payment method linked and that the billing information matches what your bank has on file
- Card issuer declined the transaction — some banks flag unfamiliar online purchases. Contact your bank to authorize the transaction, then try again
- PayPal account issue — log in to your PayPal account directly to check for any holds, limitations, or verification requirements
- Browser or session issue — clear your browser cache, try a different browser, or try the checkout process again from the beginning

Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method — the PayPal account or card used at checkout. We are not able to issue refunds to a different account or payment method.
Refund processing time after approval:
- PayPal balance: typically within 3 to 5 business days
- Credit or debit card linked to PayPal: typically 3 to 7 business days depending on your card issuer
If your refund has not appeared after 8 business days from the time we notified you it was processed, check with your bank or PayPal account first. Contact us at support@jumpsub.com if it still has not arrived after that.

Frequently Asked Questions About Payment
Do I need a PayPal account to check out?
No. PayPal offers a guest checkout option that lets you pay with a credit or debit card without creating or logging into a PayPal account. Look for the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option on the PayPal checkout page.
Can I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
We do not currently support Apple Pay or Google Pay as standalone payment options. If your PayPal account is linked to a card that supports these wallets, you may be able to use them within the PayPal checkout flow, but this is determined by PayPal's platform, not by us.
Is it safe to use PayPal for online purchases?
PayPal is one of the most established online payment platforms in the U.S. and includes buyer protection for eligible purchases. If an item does not arrive or does not match the description, PayPal's dispute process provides an additional layer of protection beyond our own return policy.
Can I split payment between methods?
PayPal allows you to split payments between your PayPal balance and a linked card in some cases. This is managed entirely within PayPal's platform. Contact PayPal support directly if you have questions about splitting a payment.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates. The tax amount, if any, will be shown before you confirm your order.
