These Terms of Service govern your use of the Jumpsub website and your purchases from our store. Please read them before ordering.

Jumpsub is operated by ELIZABETHLORAINE LLC, an online retailer based in Aurora, Colorado. We sell battery-powered electric garden sprayers for home use to customers in the contiguous United States. Our store runs on Shopify.

Section 1 — Who Can Use Our Store

By using our store, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • You are providing accurate information including your name, shipping address, and payment details
  • You are not using the store for any unlawful or commercial resale purpose
  • You are a resident of, or ordering for delivery to, the contiguous United States

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with others. We are not liable for activity that occurs under your account if your credentials are compromised.

Section 2 — Our Products

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products — including descriptions, specifications, and images. However:

  • Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings
  • Product specifications are subject to change without notice
  • It is the customer's responsibility to confirm suitability before purchasing
  • Products or links may occasionally be unavailable

If your order arrives and a product does not match what is described on our website in a material way, please contact us. Our Return and Refund Policy applies.

Section 3 — Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for reasons including payment issues, suspected fraud, inaccurate shipping information, or product availability. If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund.

We recommend you review your order carefully before quantities. Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, we may not be able to make changes. See our cancellation policy in the Return and Refund Policy for details.

Section 4 — Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. All prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged.

  • Promotional pricing is valid only for the dates specified
  • We do not retroactively apply discounts to orders already placed
  • No other fees are charged beyond the order total displayed at checkout
  • We accept payment through PayPal only. PayPal supports credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balance. A PayPal account is not required — guest checkout with a credit or debit card is available at checkout
  • All payment information is processed securely through PayPal's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We do not store your credit card number or payment credentials

We represent that prices displayed on our website are accurate and will not change between the time of your order and the time of shipping without notification.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses. Shipping to those regions involves carrier costs significantly higher than standard domestic rates, which we are not currently able to offer at a reasonable price for our customers.

Shipping fees: Orders of $50 or more ship free. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping fee of $8.00, shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Once your order is handed to the carrier, we rely on carrier performance for on-time delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to extreme weather, carrier backlogs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@jumpsub.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the situation as described in our Shipping Policy.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

All content on the Jumpsub website including text, product images, and site design is owned by Jumpsub or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, transmit, or distribute any content from our site without written permission. You may not use our brand name, logo, or product images for any purpose without prior approval.

Jumpsub and its logos and trademarks are the property of ELIZABETHLORAINE LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Section 7 — Third-Party Links and Tools

Our website may link to third-party websites such as carrier tracking pages or product information resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

We may also use third-party tools to operate our store, including Shopify for checkout and order management, PayPal for payment processing, and Google for advertising and analytics. Please review their respective privacy policies for information on how they handle data.

These links are offered as a convenience. We do not endorse or guarantee their performance.

Our store is powered by Shopify. As part of that arrangement, Shopify may process certain data on our behalf and maintain an agreement with us as a merchant on their platform.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, in which case this limitation may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ELIZABETHLORAINE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our products or website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you in full.

You agree to indemnify and hold Jumpsub, ELIZABETHLORAINE LLC, and our officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our products or services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms. Violations including but not limited to fraud, dishonesty, or misuse of our policies may result in permanent account closure.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, offerings, or applicable law. When we update, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 18 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchases shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado, United States.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jumpsub.
