About Jumpsub
Who is Jumpsub and where are you based?
Jumpsub is operated by ELIZABETHLORAINE LLC, a registered retail business based in Aurora, Colorado. We are a U.S.-based online retailer — not a manufacturer, not a dropship middleman with no accountability.
Our U.S. team handles everything on this end: the website, customer support, order management, and standing behind what we ship. We work directly with a long-term manufacturing partner to develop the products we sell, and we require documentation before listing any product.
Why did you choose electric garden sprayers?
Because manual pump sprayers are genuinely frustrating for anything beyond a quick five-minute task. Stop, pump, spray a few feet, stop, pump again — your wrist is tired before the lawn is half done. If you have any hand or wrist discomfort, a traditional pump sprayer can turn a routine yard task into something you dread doing.
Battery-powered electric sprayers solve that specific problem. Press the button, walk the yard, done. The technology is not new, but finding a reliable one at a price that makes sense for regular home use was harder than it should have been. That gap is what Jumpsub is built around.
We focus on homeowners with yards and gardens in suburban settings — people who want their outdoor space to look good without spending an entire Saturday wrestling with their tools.
Are your products made by Jumpsub?
No. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. We work directly with a long-term manufacturing partner to develop and refine the products we sell — specifying wand length, nozzle configurations, battery capacity, strap design, and tank construction based on what our customers actually need.
Our products are manufactured with RoHS and FCC certifications. We require documentation before selling any product and can provide it on request. Email support@jumpsub.com if you need certification documents for a specific product.
We are transparent about this because we think it is the honest way to operate. A lot of products sold online are made overseas. What we can control is the specification, the quality standards we hold our partner to, and the support we provide after you receive the product.
Why should I buy from Jumpsub instead of a big retailer?
Honest answer: if you need the product tomorrow and have Amazon Prime, that is probably the faster option.
What we offer instead is a focused selection of products we have actually evaluated, honest specs without inflated marketing claims, and a team that actually handles your support request — not an automated system that sends you in circles. We describe what a sprayer actually does, including where it is not the right tool.
We also stand behind what we sell. If something arrives defective or damaged, we sort it out. That is the commitment we make to every order.
About Our Sprayers
What is a battery-powered garden sprayer and how is it different from a manual pump sprayer?
A manual pump sprayer requires you to hand-pump the tank to build pressure before spraying — and refill in every few minutes to keep pressure steady. It is tiring, especially on longer sessions.
Our sprayers run on a built-in electric motor. Press the button once and it sprays continuously. No pumping, no stopping to re-pressurize. The pressure stays even from the first pass to the last. Charge the battery via USB, fill the tank, and spray without any pumping.
Which sprayer is right for my backyard or garden?
It depends on how much area you are covering and how you plan to use it:
- 1-gallon model — best for indoor plants, container gardens, small raised beds, and spot treatments. Lightweight and easy to carry. The 4000mAh battery gives 4 to 5 hours per charge. Good if you mainly mist indoor plants or treat weeds in targeted areas
- 1.35-gallon model — a good middle ground for smaller backyard gardens. More coverage than the 1-gallon without the weight of a full 2-gallon tank. Comes with a 3-mode nozzle and 5 intensity settings
- 2-gallon model — better suited for fertilizing a larger lawn, treating fence lines and driveways, or covering raised beds and shrubs in one session without refilling. Most common choice for standard suburban yards
If you are unsure, the 1.35-gallon is the most common choice for a typical suburban backyard setup. For indoor plant collections, the 1-gallon with its large battery and fine mist nozzle is the practical choice.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
The 4000mAh model (1-gallon) typically runs for 4 to 5 hours of continuous spraying on a full charge — enough to get through most garden sessions without stopping to recharge.
The 2200mAh and 2500mAh models (2-gallon) run approximately 2 to 3 hours per charge, which covers most residential yard sessions.
Battery life varies depending on nozzle setting and liquid type. Fine mist settings and thicker liquids use more power than a direct stream with plain water.
Can I use this sprayer for fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides — or just water?
Yes. Our sprayers work with water-based solutions including:
- Liquid fertilizers and foliar feeds
- Water-based herbicides including Roundup and Spectracide
- Neem oil and insecticidal soap at standard dilution
- Diluted fungicides and pest control solutions
- Mild cleaning solutions for outdoor surfaces
A few things to keep in mind:
- Always rinse thoroughly after using any chemical solution. Run clean water through the wand for 20 to 30 seconds before storing
- Do not use materials inside the tank that you cannot find safety data for
- Avoid undiluted or highly corrosive chemicals — these can damage internal components
- For indoor plant misting, these sprayers work well for orchids, ferns, tropicals, and bonsai where a gentle fine mist is needed
Is this sprayer good for indoor plants?
Yes. The 1-gallon model with a fine mist nozzle is well suited for watering indoor plants including orchids, ferns, tropicals, houseplants, and seedlings. The fine mist mode creates a gentle spray that covers delicate plants without direct water pressure that could disturb the soil or damage leaves.
The fine mist nozzle produces a diffuse spray that is easier to control than a standard watering can, and works well in tight spaces around plants.
How do I clean and maintain the sprayer after use?
Basic cleaning keeps the pump clear and extends the life of the sprayer:
- Empty any remaining liquid after each session
- Add a small amount of clean water and let it drain through
- Run clean water through the wand and nozzle for 20 to 30 seconds to flush the pump after any non-water solution
- If you have been spraying fertilizer or pesticides, a more thorough rinse is recommended — run clean water through until the output runs fully clear
If you notice spraying is uneven or output has dropped, check the removable filter at the tank intake — it may need rinsing. On most models, pull the filter out, rinse under the tap, and put it back.
Store the sprayer out of direct sunlight. Avoid leaving liquid in the tank for extended periods, especially in hot weather, as this can cause the pump seals to degrade over time.
Shipping and Orders
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders of $50 or more to the contiguous 48 U.S. states — no minimum purchase, no promo code needed. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Once shipped, we are unable to redirect the package. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track the package on the carrier website. Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours of shipment.
If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@jumpsub.com.
My package says delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?
Please take these steps in order:
- Check around your property — packages are sometimes left at side doors, garages, or with a neighbor
- Check with anyone else at your address who may have brought it in
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to open an investigation. Carriers typically require 24 to 48 hours to conduct a trace
- Email us at support@jumpsub.com with your order number and the outcome of your carrier inquiry. We will work with you to resolve the situation
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us at support@jumpsub.com with your order number. Please include:
- Photos of the damaged area of the product
- A photo of the outer packaging before discarding
Do not discard the original packaging until your case is resolved — carriers may require it for a damage claim. We will arrange a replacement or refund once we have reviewed the situation.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery in two situations:
- Defective or incorrect items: If your sprayer arrived damaged, is not functioning as described, or you received the wrong item, we will arrange a return and a full refund or replacement at no cost to you
- Change of mind: If you ordered the wrong size, decided you do not need it, or simply changed your mind, you may still return the item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused. Original packaging is preferred but not required
The 30-day window starts from the confirmed delivery date shown in your tracking information, not the order date.
To start a return, email support@jumpsub.com with your order number and reason. Do not send your return to the shipping address on the package — wait for our team to send you the correct return address.
Full details in our Return and Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
- We cover return shipping if the item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong product. We will reimburse your return shipping cost along with your refund
- You cover return shipping if you changed your mind or no longer need the item. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility in that case
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
How long does a refund take?
- Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method — PayPal account or card used at checkout
If your refund has not appeared after 8 business days from when we notified you it was processed, check with your bank first. Contact us at support@jumpsub.com if you still have not received it after that.
Customer Support
How do I contact Jumpsub customer support?
Email is the best way to reach us: support@jumpsub.com
We are available Monday through Friday. We typically respond within 1 business day. If you contact us on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, expect a reply by Monday or Tuesday.
My sprayer stopped working shortly after I received it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please try these steps:
- Make sure the battery is fully charged — connect via USB and allow at least 2 to 3 hours
- Check that the tank is sealed correctly — the pump only activates when the tank is properly sealed
- Check the removable filter at the tank intake — if it is clogged, the pump output drops. Rinse the filter under the tap and reinstall
- Try a different nozzle setting to rule out a blocked nozzle
If the issue persists, email us at support@jumpsub.com with your order number and a description of the problem or what is not working as expected. If it is a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
