── Battery and Charging Guide ──────────────────────

Expected battery life: In continuous flow mode, expect 3–5 days per charge depending on how long the pump runs each day. In sensor- activated mode, battery life extends to 7–10 days.

How to recharge: Connect the USB-C cable to the port on the fountain base. A full recharge from low takes approximately 3–4 hours. The LCD display confirms when charging is complete.

Recommended routine: Check the LCD every few days. Recharge when it shows low battery — ideally overnight while you clean the bowl and check the filter.

── Filter Replacement Guide ────────────────────────

Replace the carbon filter every 3–4 weeks in continuous flow mode. In sensor mode, filters may last 5–6 weeks.

Signs it's time: water develops an odor, appears less clear than usual, or your cat starts drinking elsewhere.

── Good to Know Before You Order ───────────────────

• No outlet required. The fountain is fully battery- powered and recharges via USB-C.
• The stainless steel bowl and tray are dishwasher-safe. The plastic housing and pump should be hand-washed only.
• For outdoor or travel use, keep the unit sheltered from rain and wet conditions. The base is not waterproof.
• For two to three cats sharing one fountain, refill frequency increases. The filter and pump performance remain the same regardless of how many cats use it.
• Some cats take a few days to adjust to a new fountain. Leave it running beside their current bowl for the first week to help with the transition.
• If your tap water is high in minerals, a monthly rinse of the pump with diluted white vinegar prevents buildup and keeps the flow consistent.
